Vouchers are prepaid access codes that users can redeem for WiFi access without online payment.
What are Vouchers?
Vouchers are unique codes (like A1B2-C3D4-E5F6) that grant WiFi access for a specific duration. They're perfect for:
- Offline Sales - Sell physical voucher cards at your location
- Resellers - Distribute to agents who sell on your behalf
- Promotions - Give free access to special customers
- Corporate - Pre-purchase bulk access for employees/guests
- Events - Provide WiFi access at conferences or meetings
Voucher Format
Kitonga generates vouchers in the format: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
- 12 alphanumeric characters
- Separated by dashes for easy reading
- Case-insensitive
- Unique across your entire account
Voucher Durations
- 1 Hour - Quick access for coffee shops
- 24 Hours - Daily pass
- 7 Days - Weekly pass
- 30 Days - Monthly pass
One-Time Use
Each voucher can only be redeemed once. After redemption, the access is tied to that user's phone number.
